Ending Mammography Services

We are reaching out to inform you that Women’s Health Domain has ceased offering mammography services as of August 30, 2024. While we are no longer performing mammograms, your prior mammography images and records remain securely maintained within our practice.

To obtain your previous mammography images or transfer them to a new provider, please contact us at (512) 425-3825. Our team will assist you with any requests and ensure a smooth transition of your records.

Please be advised that in accordance with applicable regulations, your mammography records will be securely stored for a period of five (5) years from the date of your last visit. After this period, any unclaimed records will be destroyed. To retain a copy of your images or to arrange for a transfer, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
